Where We Ship
We currently ship all orders Australia-wide, including all metro and rural regions.
We will soon offer international shipping, including to New Zealand and the United States. Available countries will appear at checkout.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days (Australia)
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (Australia)
- All orders include full tracking. Customers receive a tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is free with all subscriptions.
- One-time purchases will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the location and shipping method selected.
Subscription Shipping
RecoveryX offers 3 subscription tiers: 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month plans. Each plan delivers 30 strips per month.
- 1-month plan: 1 pack shipped monthly
- 3-month plan: 3 packs shipped every 3 months
- 6-month plan: 6 packs shipped every 6 months
All subscription orders receive free standard shipping and include a 30-day risk-free trial.
Dispatch Times
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours (Monday to Friday).
Delays and Restrictions
Some delays may occur during peak sales periods (e.g. Black Friday or holidays).
We do not currently have any postcode restrictions, but reserve the right to update our policy as needed.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you, provided you notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and provide any required evidence (e.g. photos of damage).
If tracking shows the parcel was delivered but you haven’t received it, we may ask you to file a claim with the shipping carrier to assist with the investigation.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees not included in the item or shipping price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country.
