30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all RecoveryX products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Refund
- If you purchased a multi-pack (3-pack or 6-pack), only one of the packs may be opened or used.
- If all packs have been opened or used, the refund does not apply.
- If you purchased a single pack, it is still eligible for the 30-day refund even if opened.
- Refunds will not be issued for more than one opened pack per order.
Return Limitations
- You must be a full-paying customer. If the RecoveryX product was gifted, won, or provided free of charge, it is not eligible for return.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be emailed to us at info@recoveryx.com.au.
- You must have used the product for at least 14 days before initiating a return.
- Returned products must be posted back to our return address (provided via email).
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
First Order Only
Our 30-day money back guarantee applies only to your first order.
Refunds will always be issued back to the original payment method, with no exceptions.
Subscription Orders
- You may request a refund on your first subscription order, provided it meets the eligibility conditions above.
- If a recurring subscription charge has already gone through, we cannot issue a refund for that charge.
- We can, however, cancel your subscription immediately so you do not receive future charges.
Faulty or Damaged Products
- If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at info@recoveryx.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number, a brief description, and photo evidence of the issue.
- Once assessed, we will issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
- For faulty or damaged items, we will cover replacement shipping.
Refund or Exchange Options
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Exchanges are possible based on availability. Please request this when initiating your return
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for unopened items only.
- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item and the shipping cost for the replacement item.
